What to send us
  • Product name or Part Number
  • Required quantity
  • Origin country, if known
  • Destination country
  • Preferred shipping method or required schedule
VLAB INSIGHT

A clear product list and destination country usually allow us to identify the correct service much faster.

How do I start working with VLAB?

Send us the product details, quantity and destination country. We will review the request before confirming whether and how VLAB can support it.

  1. 01Send your product or project information.
  2. 02VLAB checks availability and requirements.
  3. 03We confirm the next step or prepare a quotation.

Additional information may be requested depending on the product, destination and import requirements.

What should I prepare before contacting VLAB?

Please prepare enough information for us to identify the product, required quantity and destination.

  • Product name, link, photo or Part Number
  • Required quantity
  • Model and production year, when applicable
  • Destination country
  • Company information for B2B inquiries
  • Required delivery date, when applicable
VLAB INSIGHT

“Please check this product” is often not enough. A product link, photo or Part Number helps avoid unnecessary revisions.

02

Parts sourcing and verification

Answers for international buyers requesting genuine motorcycle parts, Part Number verification and export quotations.

Can VLAB supply genuine Honda motorcycle parts?

Yes. VLAB supports genuine Honda motorcycle parts sourcing based on Part Number, model, production year and availability.

The sourcing country and lead time may differ according to the model, regional specification and available supply channel.

Please provide
  • Part Number
  • English description, if available
  • Quantity
  • Motorcycle model and production year
  • Destination country
VLAB INSIGHT

Providing the Part Number and model together helps us identify possible regional or production-year differences.

Can VLAB supply genuine Yamaha motorcycle parts?

Yes. Yamaha parts can be checked according to Part Number, model, quantity and sourcing-country availability.

Availability and lead time must be confirmed before ordering. Different items in the same RFQ may have different origins and preparation periods.

How do I request a motorcycle parts quotation?

Send us the Part Number, required quantity and destination country. An Excel RFQ is recommended for multiple items.

Recommended RFQ format
  • Part Number
  • English description
  • Quantity
  • Model
  • Production year
  • Color code, if applicable
  • Destination country

We may ask for additional information before quotation if the code is incomplete or if compatibility needs verification.

Submit Your RFQ →
Can VLAB check a Part Number?

Yes. We can help review Part Numbers, replacement codes, model information and color suffixes before quotation.

Verification depends on the information and reference data available. A final compatibility check may still be required before the order is confirmed.

VLAB INSIGHT

A valid-looking Part Number is not always the latest orderable code. Replacement-code checking can help prevent delays.

Can I request parts without a Part Number?

You may send a clear part photo together with the motorcycle model and production year, but identification is not always possible.

Additional photos, frame information, color details or the original part may be required. A quotation will only be issued after the item has been identified with reasonable confidence.

Why do motorcycle parts lead times differ?

Lead time depends on the sourcing country, stock status, manufacturer supply and backorder situation.

Items in one quotation may be supplied from different locations. We will indicate available information before the order is finalized.

VLAB INSIGHT

When receiving every item together is more important than speed, tell us before ordering so the sourcing plan can be reviewed accordingly.

Are bulk-order discounts available?

Additional discounts may be available depending on the item, total quantity and order value.

Please enter the actual required quantity in the RFQ. Final pricing will be checked based on the complete order rather than estimated volume.

03

Shipping methods and destinations

General guidance about international shipping, consolidation, transit times and restricted products.

Which countries can VLAB ship to?

VLAB can arrange shipping to many international destinations, subject to product, carrier and destination restrictions.

Shipping availability must be checked using the exact product details, quantity, dimensions and destination address.

To check shipping availability
  • Product description
  • Quantity
  • Weight and dimensions, if available
  • Destination country and postal code
  • Required shipping method
How long does international shipping take?

Transit time depends on the origin, destination, shipping method and customs-clearance process.

Product preparation time and shipping transit time are different. We will confirm both separately whenever possible.

VLAB INSIGHT

For urgent orders, tell us the required arrival date before placing the order—not after the products are ready.

Can several orders be combined into one shipment?

Yes, consolidation may be possible when the products, timing and export requirements are compatible.

Additional handling, storage, repacking or document charges may apply. Restricted or regulated products may need to be shipped separately.

Which products cannot be shipped?

Restrictions depend on the carrier, shipping method, destination and product composition.

Liquids, oils, batteries, chemicals, aerosols, perfumes, medicines, food and other regulated goods must be checked before acceptance. Do not send restricted items to the warehouse without confirmation.

VLAB INSIGHT

A product being sold online does not automatically mean it can be transported internationally.

04

Buying and consolidation support

Guidance for products purchased from local sellers, online stores or multiple suppliers.

Can VLAB purchase products on my behalf?

Yes. VLAB can review purchasing requests from local sellers or online stores, subject to product and payment restrictions.

Please provide
  • Product link or seller information
  • Option, size, color or specification
  • Required quantity
  • Destination country
  • Any inspection or packing request

Product availability and seller reliability must be checked before the order is confirmed.

Can products from several sellers be consolidated?

Yes, products from multiple sellers may be received and consolidated before international shipping.

The consolidation plan depends on arrival dates, dimensions, product types and required export documents. Additional storage or repacking charges may apply.

VLAB INSIGHT

When using several sellers, share the full order list in advance so incoming packages can be matched correctly.

Can VLAB inspect products before shipping?

Basic visual checking or photo confirmation may be available depending on the product and requested inspection scope.

Basic checking is not the same as technical inspection, laboratory testing or manufacturer quality certification. Detailed inspection requirements must be agreed upon before purchasing.

05

Preparing food products for Korea

General guidance for ingredient documents, preliminary checking, labels and manufacturer communication.

Can VLAB support food exports to Korea?

Yes. VLAB can support communication, document collection, preliminary review, logistics and export coordination for food products entering Korea.

Import eligibility must be checked for each product. Product composition, manufacturer registration, labeling and Korean import requirements may affect the process.

VLAB INSIGHT

Ingredient and manufacturer documents should be checked before confirming a large order or printing final labels.

What documents are required for food export?

Required documents vary by product, ingredients, manufacturer and Korean import classification.

Commonly requested information may include
  • Full ingredient list and percentages
  • Manufacturing process
  • Product specification
  • Manufacturer information
  • Packaging and shelf-life information
  • Test reports or certificates, when required

Additional documents may be requested after preliminary review.

Should ingredients be checked before production?

Yes. Preliminary ingredient review is strongly recommended before mass production for the Korean market.

Restricted ingredients, preservatives, additives or incomplete documents can cause delays or make label preparation difficult.

VLAB INSIGHT

Correcting the formula or documentation before production is usually more practical than solving the issue after the goods have been manufactured.

06

Export and clearance documents

General information about commercial documents, customs requirements and clearance responsibilities.

Can VLAB prepare an invoice and packing list?

VLAB can prepare commercial shipping documents for transactions handled through VLAB, based on the confirmed shipment details.

Document format and additional requirements may differ by destination, shipping method and product category.

Can VLAB arrange a Certificate of Origin?

Certificate of Origin support may be available depending on the product, manufacturer documents and applicable trade rules.

It is not automatically available for every shipment. Required supporting documents and issuance eligibility must be checked before confirmation.

Can VLAB guarantee customs clearance?

No. Customs clearance cannot be guaranteed because the final decision is made by the authorities in the destination country.

The importer is generally responsible for local permits, import eligibility, duties, taxes and additional documents requested during clearance.

VLAB INSIGHT

Shipping acceptance and import approval are separate checks. A carrier accepting cargo does not guarantee customs entry.

07

Quotation and order conditions

General information about quotation terms, payment schedules, price changes and incomplete supply.

What are VLAB’s payment terms?

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard B2B orders generally require a 50% deposit by T/T and the remaining balance before loading or shipment.

Final payment conditions will be stated in the quotation or Proforma Invoice. Different conditions may apply depending on the product, supplier or transaction risk.

Are quotations provided on an EXW basis?

Many product quotations are initially provided on an EXW basis unless a different Incoterm or shipping arrangement is stated.

Freight, handling, export documents, duties, taxes and destination charges may not be included in the EXW product price.

Can prices change after a quotation?

Yes. Prices may change after the quotation validity period or when supplier prices, exchange rates, stock status or freight costs change.

The applicable validity period and final conditions should be checked on the quotation itself.

What happens if some items are backordered?

We will review the available information and discuss whether to wait, ship partially, replace the item where appropriate or revise the order.

Backorder timing may change and complete supply cannot always be guaranteed. Tell us before ordering if partial shipment is not acceptable.

VLAB INSIGHT

“Ship available items first” and “ship only when everything is ready” require different purchasing and logistics plans.
