For highly urgent business shipments, cargo that arrives at the VLAB warehouse before the departure cut-off may be loaded onto the same day's flight. Once the shipment arrives at the Incheon Airport Express Cargo Center and completes customs clearance the following day, it can be collected directly or dispatched by same-day courier. 매우 긴급한 기업 화물은 출고 마감 전 VLAB 창고에 도착하면 당일 바로 항공편에 로딩할 수 있습니다. 익일 인천공항 특송화물센터 반입 및 통관이 완료되면 직접 픽업하거나 당일 퀵서비스로 수령할 수 있습니다.

The shipment is manifested and loaded according to the scheduled departure. 출고 일정에 맞춰 화물 정보 및 서류를 준비하여, 미리 부킹한 항공편에 로딩합니다.

Personal or business customs clearance is processed based on the shipment type. 개인통관 또는 사업자통관을 진행합니다.

Cleared shipments are transferred to domestic delivery, airport collection or an arranged courier. 통관 완료 후 국내 택배, 공항 직접 픽업 또는 협의된 퀵서비스로 전달합니다.

Personal Customs Clearance Code 개인통관고유부호
The recipient name, mobile number, postal code and customs code must match the registered information. 수취인의 성명, 휴대전화번호, 우편번호 및 개인통관고유부호의 등록 정보가 유니패스상의 정보와 일치해야 합니다.
Business Customs Clearance 사업자 통관
Commercial cargo may require a business registration number, invoice, product description and additional import documents. 상업 화물은 사업자등록번호, 인보이스, 정확한 품명 및 품목에 따른 추가 수입 서류가 필요할 수 있습니다.( 브이랩이 서류 작성 직원해드립니다. )

Accurate product names, quantities, values, intended use and recipient details must be provided before departure. 출고 전 정확한 품명, 수량, 금액, 사용 목적 및 수취인 정보를 전달해야 합니다.

VLAB reviews the basic invoice information before departure to reduce avoidable customs delays. 불필요한 통관 지연을 줄이기 위해 출고 전 제품 수량 및 가격 등 기본정보를 확인합니다.

When additional confirmation is requested, VLAB coordinates communication between the customer, customs broker and local operation team. 추가 확인이 필요한 경우 고객, 관세사 및 현지 운영팀 사이의 업무 전달을 지원합니다.

Shipping charges are calculated using the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. The final billable weight is rounded up to the next kilogram. 실제 중량과 부피 중량 중 큰 값을 적용하며, 최종 청구 중량은 1kg 단위로 올림하여 계산합니다.
Yes. Multiple parcels can be stored and consolidated before international departure. Additional packing or consolidation fees may apply depending on the work required. 가능합니다. 여러 판매처의 택배를 보관한 뒤 국제배송 전에 합포장할 수 있습니다. 작업 범위에 따라 합포장비 또는 추가 포장비가 발생할 수 있습니다.
No. Shipping availability depends on airline restrictions, export regulations and Korean import requirements.
